Information

To help keep all our campers safe, all guests on campground property are required to wear a wristband.

Check-out time 12:00 P.M. Check-in time 2:00 P.M. Early check-in or late check-out fees of $5 per hour apply if arriving early or staying late.

When making reservations Payment in full (deposit) is required at the time of booking. Payment in full is will expedite the check in process. Credit card deposits are charged at the time of booking.

2 night minimum stay required for all weekend reservations. 3 night minimum stay required for holiday weekends. (Friday and Saturday nights. Holidays: 3 night minimum) Single night weekend bookings can be made two weeks prior to the arrival dates, depending on availability.

$100 dollar security deposit per cabin, or credit card on file is required, due upon arrival. Security deposit is refundable upon check out if your cabin has all beginning inventory and there is no cabin damage.

Online reservations will be charged a $2.00 per site online booking surcharge.

Campsite cancellations are refundable, less a $15.00 cancellation fee, with at least a 2 day notice, or 7 days for holiday weekend stays. Cancellations with less than 2 days notice (7 days for holiday weekends), or a no show will forfeit one night’s rate, with the remaining balance refunded.

Cabins cancellations are refundable, less a $30.00 cancellation fee, with at least a 30 day notice. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice or a no show will forfeit one night’s rate, with the remaining balance refunded.

While every site type and amenity is guaranteed, management reserves the right to change your site location if the lock fee isn’t paid. In an extremely rare situation we may be required to change sites of guests who have paid the lock fee. If you chose to lock your site and management moves your site location your lock fee will be refunded.

Site Locking!

Each reservation has the opportunity for you to pick your own site on our interactive reservation page. When you book on our website or by calling you can pick your site and lock it in to ensure your location in the park. For $15 per booking you can guarantee that your preferred site is the one you get. Lock fees will be waived for any groups of 3 sites or more.

POP (Pay one Price) with us in the Spring or Fall!

Pay one low price and stay for 5 great weekends of camping! This special includes free on-site storage during the week, camping for up to four occupants and unlimited mini-golf! Spring POP is from May 5th to June 4th, 2023 (Yes that means you get Memorial Day Weekend included!). The Fall POP is from August 25th to September 24th, 2023 (and yes this means you get Labor Day weekend included!). All of this for only $600! Call now to book your site. Only a limited number available! (no other discounts apply. Package must be paid in advance. Occupants over 4 may be added at an additional charge of $4 per night per person if over age 3. Midweek nights can be added for the going nightly rate during your POP stay.)

Earning Points on Accommodations

Provide your membership number when making a reservation or when you check-in at the park. Your account will be credited with five Club Points for every dollar spent on a tent site, RV site, or rental (cabin, park model, yurt, etc.) Seasonal campers can join Club Yogi Rewards, but will not earn points on site fees. However, seasonal campers will receive a bonus of 500 points with a contract executed annually. Seasonal campers also earn points for store and other purchases and have access to member benefits.

Earning Points on Purchases

Present your membership number in the Jellystone Park store to receive five Club

Points for every qualified dollar spent. Gold Tier Members earn seven Club Points for every qualified dollar spent. Points are earned after the stay is completed and may take 7-10 days after the departure to post to your account. *Note – Because technology systems vary per Jellystone Park, qualified dollars may vary by location.

Redeeming Points

Club Points may be redeemed for one of seven Levels of accommodations (not all Park locations have all seven levels and every Park location is different with their level assignments). Yogi Bear™ Merchandise Discount

Members will receive coupons for discounts on Yogi Bear and friends licensed merchandise. The coupons will be distributed with the quarterly statement to active members via email.

Special Offers

Periodically you can earn Bonus Club Points through special offers. You will receive email notifications about these opportunities and they will be posted at www.jellystonerewards.com. You don’t need to do anything different to qualify. Your bonus points will be calculated automatically but may take a few days after the base transaction posts to post to your account.
